Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization in Denver.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with customers, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The right candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, managing a sales pipeline, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up consistently on inquiries, opportunities, and sales activity
  • Generate new business opportunities and support account growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
  • Positive attitude, competitive drive, and desire to learn
